At Agentrix, we value and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, utilize, and protect your information and the data generated by visitors interacting with your deployed AI employees.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information across two distinct categories:
A. Tenant Account Data (SaaS Users)
- Registration Details: Name, email address, password, company name, and timezone.
- Billing Details: Payment transactions, subscription state, and invoices. All payment details are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, **Paddle**, and are not stored on our servers.
- API Details: Platform settings, developer API keys, and workflow logs.
B. Visitor & Messaging Data (End Users)
- Messaging Records: Customer queries, chat history, and metadata routed via web widgets, email, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp.
- Leads: Information captured dynamically by AI agents (e.g. name, email, phone, company, and notes).
- Uploaded Knowledge Base Files: Text extracted from PDF, Docx, CSV, or crawled websites to build your agent's RAG knowledge network.
2. How We Process and Use Your Information
- Core Operations: To host and manage your AI employees, route user messages, execute automation workflows, and sync leads to your CRM.
- AI Model Processing: When an end-user sends a message, it is parsed and sent along with relevant document chunks (RAG) to third-party LLM providers (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Claude). These providers process the inputs to generate replies in accordance with their privacy policies.
- Vector Indexing: Your uploaded knowledge documents are chunked and indexed securely in our Qdrant vector database.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. To provide the Service, we share data with the following trusted processors: (a) Payment Processing: Paddle (Paddle.com) processes card checkouts, subscriptions, and invoicing; (b) AI/LLM Providers: Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic for generating replies; (c) Hosting: AWS and database providers; (d) Communications: Twilio, Vapi, Livekit, and OpenWA gateways for messaging channels.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict, or request the deletion of the personal information we store. If you wish to request deletion of your tenant account or any visitor logs, please contact us at hello@agentrix.it.com.
5. Security of Your Data
We employ industry-standard security protocols to protect your data, including HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data transit, hashing of database passwords, and encryption of third-party credentials (API keys, webhooks) stored in our databases.
